AUTHORITY: 12 U.S.C. § 1751.Disclosure of the requested information is not mandatory.
PURPOSE: To provide and manage online training courses for credit union elected officials and employees.
ROUTINE USE(S): The information you provide may be used for permissible purposes as outlined at 5 U.S.C. 552a(b)(3), and at the request of a specific credit union for records pertaining to individuals associated with the requesting credit union. EFFECTS OF NOT PROVIDING INFORMATION: The information is needed to furnish and manage online training programs for eligible credit unions. Failure to provide some or all of the information may inhibit NCUA’s ability to ensure eligible credit union elected officials and employees are afforded adequate educational materials.
